Generally speaking, when we have your product in stock, orders that are received by 1:00 pm will ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will ship the following day. We can ship emergency orders the same day; however, there might be a charge for additional labor and overtime if required. 

In general, you continue to be responsible for selecting the trucking company that will move your product, and for negotiating the rates. Once the shipment is ready to go, we will contact your shipper of choice and arrange for pick-up. We are able to assist you in finding the best rate for your shipments. We have relationships with carriers that allow us to offer significant discounts. If you would like our assistance, please let us know. 

Product that arrives at our warehouse by 10:00 am can be shipped out the same day, provided that the order is received before 1:00 pm. There is an additional cross-docking charge for this service, or if overtime is required.

One of the advantages of being located in Greensboro, NC, is that we can reach 40% of the U.S. population in a day or less by one of two dozen LTL carriers. Every point east of the Mississippi River can be reached by LTL in two days.

We have an online portal where you can enter your orders and monitor your inventory and order status. In addition, we can accept orders by EDI. We can accommodate orders by email, phone, or fax for an additional charge.

Lewis Storage is able to take physical inventories as frequently as you require. Inventories are billed on an hourly rate.

Ater-hour services can be arranged at an hourly rate. We are available 24/7 to serve your needs.
