Jon Worth, President

Jon has spent the past decade learning the warehousing business from the ground up. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School, he joined a 3PL in Charleston, South Carolina. Over the next 8 years Jon progressed from a Floor Supervisor to General Manager responsible for 6 facilities and 100 employees. Jon’s mission is to build customer focused teams and flexible warehouse solutions. In 2016, Jon followed his entrepreneurial spirit back home to Greensboro, North Carolina to pursue his dream of building the most premier logistics company in the Southeast. Jon’s family business, Worth Industries, acquired Lewis Logistics in May 2017. Lewis Logistics has grown to 1,000,000 square feet of distribution space since the acquisition. Jon enjoys hiking, fishing, and attending Holy Trinity Episcopal church with his family.


Mark Banish, Vice President

Mark’s diverse and successful career includes 10 years in the automotive and heavy truck manufacturing industry, where his packaging and material handling engineering responsibilities earned him hands-on experience in international logistics, warehousing and distribution. Mark successfully applied this experience in the third-party logistics industry, serving for 13 years as President scaling a start-up regional 3PL specializing in warehouse-based logistics, sub-assembly and value-added services. Mark gained diversified experience in senior executive positions as General Manager and Vice President for large multi-national manufacturing organizations based in Sweden and Germany, including responsibilities in logistics consulting, supply chain management, sales and business development, project cargo services, international parts distribution, facilities management, and human resources. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Portland. His interests include boating, fishing, cooking, golf and travel.



Billy Dodd, Director of Operations


Originally from Colorado, Billy began his warehouse career unloading containers.  He performed every job in the warehouse, eventually becoming general manager of a 500,000 square foot operation.   Billy is a systems expert and committed to process improvements that speed the flow of product through the warehouse and reduce client costs.  When he's not performing super-human warehouse miracles, Billy enjoys hiking, snowboarding, Rotary, and time with his wife and two children.
